Lena's Face Paint Letter

1Dear Aunt Nadia,
Our school had a fun night on Friday! I helped at the face paint booth.

2Mr. Cho is our art teacher. He painted the faces, and I handed him the brushes. I held up a mirror after each one.

3A little boy asked for a tiger face. He sat very still on the stool. Mr. Cho painted orange and black stripes on his cheeks.

4The boy looked in the mirror. "Wow, I look so fierce!" he shouted.

5I had the best night! Do you like face paint? Come to fun night with me next spring. Please write back soon.
Love,
Lena
