Omelet Morning

On Sunday morning, Ines helped Papa in the kitchen. "Let's make omelets," Papa said.

Papa cracked two eggs into a bowl. Then Ines cracked one all by herself! She mixed the eggs with a fork until they looked yellow and foamy.

Papa melted butter in the pan and poured in the eggs. Ines was standing back from the hot stove to watch. "Look! The eggs are cooking," she said.

Papa added cheese and folded the omelet in half. "Ines helps me a lot," said Papa. "She mixes the best eggs."

Then they sat down and ate together. Yum!
